After investigating the error code -81624, I've discovered that other users have had this problem. There are a few basic troubleshooting steps that you can take to get yourself back to business.
Step 1: Clear your browsing data. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh page to remove any errors or glitches that may stand in the way. Here's how:

Step 2: Try using different browsers then what you're using.
Afterward, you'll be able to update your payment information. If not, then I recommend to contacting our Customer Support Team so they can walk you through a few more steps that you may need to take.
