I have QB on line downloaded and it will print checks but will not print register - it goes to the page where print is but is ***** after that

Issues like this are sometimes caused by your browser holding too much data. When this happens, it can result in odd behaviors within the product and may require us to clear out the cache.
To begin, access your company using the InPrivate or incognito mode. This doesn't use the existing webpage cache data which can cause communication issues in QBO.
Here’s how to open private browsing:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift +N
Once the browser opens, open the company file and then try printing the register. If this works, shift back to your regular browser to clear its cache.
