We're unable to check your account here in the Community. There might be another account created when you signed up for QuickBooks Online, resulting to double charges.

 

I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks support. They have the tools to check your account and will be able to provide options.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter subscription charges, then, click Next.
  4. Select from Start messaging or Get a callback.
