I hope your day is going well. I want to ensure that you're able to upgrade your subscription.
When upgrading your QB Online subscription, your data won't be lost. Once you upgrade all of the information that you've inputted will still be the same and will have more features.
Since you mentioned you're on an iPad, you'll need to go through a browser on a computer to upgrade your subscription.
Upgrading your subscription is easy. Here's how:
- Sign in to your account through a web browser.
- Select the Gear icon in the right-hand corner.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Click on the Billing and Subscription tab.
- In your subscription section, you'll see an option to Upgrade.
- If prompted, enter your payment information.
- Confirm the upgrade and your new billing, then pick Confirm Upgrade.
