I keep getting Error 102 when trying to connect to Silicon Valley Bank. This has been going on for 3 days. Can someone please help?!

This is not a duplicate post. I posted the same situation in the past which was corrected. yet, it's now happening again. Can you PLEASE fix this issue?

This error indicates that QBO is unable to connect to your bank's website. Performing a manual update can refresh the connection between the two programs and help fetch new data.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu to select the Banking tab.
  2. Select Silicon Valley from the Bank and Credit Cards drop-down menu.
  3. Click the Update button.

If you continue to get the same result, please wait for 2 or 3 hours and then perform the same process.
