I understand the importance of getting the credit card expiration date updated in the program, @kimswift3. Rest assured that I'm here to route you to the right support in resolving this issue.
The system may have not recognized you've updated your credit card expiration date thrice. That's why you received messages to re-update it. With this, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can check your account and determine the root cause of this issue. They can also help you fix it. Please review our support hours before getting in touch with them. Once checked, proceed with the steps below.
- Open the program.
- Go to Help from the top menu.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact us.
- Enter "I keep getting messages to update credit card expiration date which I've updated three times" as your concern.
- Hit Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with a support agent.

Once fixed, you can always go to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS). This is a great place where you can efficiently manage your QuickBooks Desktop account. One of the tasks you can perform here is to change your business address and phone number. For more details, visit this article: CAMPS Overview.
Please know that I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Have a great day, @kimswift3.
