I keep getting the error "Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to Wells Fargo. Try again in a few hours. (590)" I have been trying for two days.

This is already under investigation, S-U-F-K. Our engineers are diligently working to have this resolved.

 

I suggest getting in touch with our customer care support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. You'll receive an update about this issue through email. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter "Wells Fargo 590 error" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback

In the meantime, you can import the transactions through WebConnect or CSV file.
