"IntuitAlex" is a scammer, ignore!  (Intuit will not post actual phone numbers, just links to them.)

It's good to see you here, @pam8.

Let me help share some information about the error 102 code when connecting with your bank. It's possible that your bank is undergoing maintenance or there is a server issue with the data transfer. This usually fixes itself within 24 hours.

You can check out this helpful article for more information: Error 102.

Here's how to resolve this error:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. On the Banking page, select Update.
  3. If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.

However, if you still see this error after 72 hours, please contact our Online Care Team so they can further isolate the issue in a secure environment.

I'm here anytime if you have other questions about connecting with your bank. I'm here to help however I can.

I don't know about a 102 code. Seems mine is 350.

Does QB have an issue with PNC Bank in particular? I have had this since day one (Last year)  3 different accounts. and it's like a slot machine. Pull the handle and see which account(s) won't connect.

I've updated until i'm blue in the face. It will work for 5 mins then it's back at it again.

I've called PNC and QB both and feel like the proverbial tennis ball.  Each one blames the other.

I'm about to fire them ALL.......  Any ideas?

Here's the message:

Your PNC Bank - Business Banking-1 account stopped syncing to QuickBooks
Update your account to start getting transactions again. (350)

Hello there, GlassicBoats.

As of this writing, we haven't received similar issues from other users having the Error 350 with PNC bank.

The error 350 occurs when the connection expires or gets updated by your bank. To get rid of this, you'll just need to reconnect your bank account with QBO. I'll show you how to do it below:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the blue bank square for the account you need to reconnect.
  3. Select the Sign in link.
  4. Enter the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website.
  5. Select the accounts you want QuickBooks to download transactions from. Then select Continue.
  6. When you're ready, select Update to get the latest transactions from your bank.
