I keep losing connection with my bank and getting error 102 code over and over. this happened before and then all of sudden fixed itself. Now doing it again.NFCU.

Let me help share some information about the error 102 code when connecting with your bank. It's possible that your bank is undergoing maintenance or there is a server issue with the data transfer. This usually fixes itself within 24 hours.

Here's how to resolve this error:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. On the Banking page, select Update.
  3. If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.

However, if you still see this error after 72 hours, please contact our Online Care Team so they can further isolate the issue in a secure environment.
