I don't know about a 102 code. Seems mine is 350.
Does QB have an issue with PNC Bank in particular? I have had this since day one (Last year) 3 different accounts. and it's like a slot machine. Pull the handle and see which account(s) won't connect.
I've updated until i'm blue in the face. It will work for 5 mins then it's back at it again.
I've called PNC and QB both and feel like the proverbial tennis ball. Each one blames the other.
I'm about to fire them ALL....... Any ideas?
