I'm receiving the error message "Something's not quite right" when updating billing information. My debit card is activated and has no holds. Has anyone had this issue?

We haven't received any reported case from other customers about this one, johngetsemails.


To better isolate any browser-related issues, you can try using a private or Incognito window when logging in into QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let's make sure you sign in as the Administrator, then access the Billing& Subscription page again.


If it works, clear the browser cache to remove temporary files in the folder or use a different supported browser.


If the same thing happens, it would be best to contact our Customer Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue. They'll also help you update your billing information.


Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern under What can we help you with?.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select the option to Start a chat or Get a callback.
