Thanks for letting us know that you had already tried using the File Doctor, schiereck888.

 

I have other steps and articles to recommend that can resolve data damage. This includes running the Verify and Rebuild Data utilities and repairing QuickBooks.

You can also contact our Technical Support Team. They have additional tool that can help you repair your file or escalate this to our Data Services Team. Here's how:

 

  1. Go the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Let them know that you need help in repairing your file.
  4. Click Continue, then select the callback option.

If QB File Doctor couldn't fix the error, call and ask Intuit Data Service to fix it. Should you need to resolve it in due course, consider purchasing a 3rd party file repair service.

  1. In QuickBooks, go to the Help menu.
