May I know the name of your financial institution? This will determine if there’s a reported issues on your bank.
Error 102 indicates that there's an interruption on your bank's website, server issue with transferring data between them and QBO, or ongoing maintenance. Let’s perform a manual update to re-establish its connection.
Go to the Banking menu on the left panel to choose Banking.
This will take you to the Bank and Credit Cards page.
From there, select your bank and then hit the Update menu in the upper right.
If you’re unable to connect, wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.
