I need to file a W-2c and a W3c to change the social number for 1 employee. I have done the changes on the worksheet, but I cannot print the 6 copies of the W-2c.

At this time, QuickBooks Desktop can only print W-2c/W-3c forms on perforated paper, not pre-printed forms. E-filing is not an option when submitting this form, you need to manually send them via email.

1. Close QuickBooks.
2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file and save the file somewhere you can easily find it.
3. Open the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).

5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
6. From the Tool Hub, run the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.
7. Choose Program Problems in the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
8. Select the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.

Once you're done, try printing the form or save as a PDF from QuickBooks Desktop again.
