To clarify, are you trying to update the credit card information for QuickBooks Payments? If so, you can follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- From the Account drop-down menu, select Login & Merchant Accounts.
- Click Change your User ID, Email, and Password.
- Click Sign in & security, then update the needed account info.

To change the credit card or account you use to pay for QuickBooks Desktop and services like payroll, here are the steps:
- Sign in to camps.intuit.com
- Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services > Details.
- In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
- Update your information and then click Save and Close.
