Thank you. I used another computer, ensured Chrome was updated and tried the private browser again with no luck. Quickbooks does sort the transactions (even though I get an error) but I have to refresh the page then go back to the mileage page and filter the data again. Very frustrating because I am slowly working back through an entire year of trips. Also, found out the app was not tracking my wife's phone all year and her Google locations settings were turned off. :(

Called the company today and they are passing the issue to the engineers. Seem like many people have had the issue. Also, my rules aren’t running. I get an error the rule is created but as you can see the rule did not run.
