If you've switched from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online, you'll manually import your data. Saving the QBSE data is done first before cancelling your QBSE account.
I recommend contacting our QBSE support to help you on the process. Here's how:
- Click Assistant.
- Type talk to a human.
- Select from Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.
