I upgraded my account from basic to plus but now can't access anything from the basic account to add to the new one

How can I import all the data from the previous account

What did you mean with "basic" plan? If you meant QBSE, you are unable to migrate it to QB Online.

Hello there, acdallas,

 

If you've switched from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online, you'll manually import your data. Saving the QBSE data is done first before cancelling your QBSE account.

 

I recommend contacting our QBSE support to help you on the process. Here's how:

  1. Click Assistant.
  2. Type talk to a human.
  3. Select from Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.
