I upgraded to Plus, but still don't see Projects tab in the Advanced section...

The only reason I upgraded was to get the Projects option. I upgraded. But still dont see it in the Advanced section. 

I logged out and logged in again just to be sure. Please help!??

That's odd! Your steps are accurate in the US version. You may want to clear your browser's cache or try it on another browser to see that if that helps.

Will do that now and report back here.

I use Quickbooks Online, and that too has a different "version" for regions? I mean, do I need to check if I have a US version or some other version? That's a question for another thread but it may help figure out this problem.

Just to be sure: 

I am leaving Quickbooks for two reasons:

1. Of course the projects didnt appear, although paying $31/month on the regular.

2. The support is absolutely horrendous. There is NO WAY of contacting the company!! How ridiculous is that? 

 

Maybe Quickbooks is 'too big' for answering their clients? Does that even sound right!!?? 

Quite frustrated at absolutely no way of contacting a company I WANT to work with...

I realized why you thought of not using QuickBooks anymore because it doesn't have the feature you need. I've got information about Projects and workaround for you.

 

The Projects feature in QuickBooks Online is only available in Australia, Canada, France, the UK and the United States. It sounds like you're using QuickBooks for other countries because it's not in your settings. As a workaround, you can enter your projects as sub-customers, and enter transactions under it.

 

About the support, I'll share this post with the team, so we can create actions to prevent this kind of experience in the future.
