I uploaded a logo file. .JPG, square, under 10 MB, etc. In the 'Logos' dialog box I can see and select it (Default), but nothing happens when I click 'Save'.

We have a few customers who've experienced this, too. We've helped them by religiously going through the last few steps.

 

After choosing a file (logo) to upload, let's make sure to click on it on the Logos pop-up screen. Let me show you how:

  1. On the Logos pop-up screen, select the image you've just uploaded.
  2. The Save button becomes available. Click on it to successfully save your logo.
  3. On the Account and Settings page, click Save.
  4. Click Done.

If the same thing happens, I suggest performing some browser troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, browser hang-ups cause website challenges like this. Here's how you can verify that:

 

Use private browsing window to upload the logo.
1. Press the corresponding keyboard shortcut depending on the browser you're using:

  •    Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  •    Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
  •    Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  •    Safari: Command+Shift+N

2. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
3. Follow the steps provided above again.

Same thing is happening to me! I went thru both your steps and it still isn't working.
