Use private browsing window to upload the logo.1. Press the corresponding keyboard shortcut depending on the browser you're using:

Same thing is happening to me! I went thru both your steps and it still isn't working.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
