We have a few customers who've experienced this, too. We've helped them by religiously going through the last few steps.
After choosing a file (logo) to upload, let's make sure to click on it on the Logos pop-up screen. Let me show you how:
- On the Logos pop-up screen, select the image you've just uploaded.
- The Save button becomes available. Click on it to successfully save your logo.
- On the Account and Settings page, click Save.
- Click Done.

If the same thing happens, I suggest performing some browser troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, browser hang-ups cause website challenges like this. Here's how you can verify that:
Use private browsing window to upload the logo.
1. Press the corresponding keyboard shortcut depending on the browser you're using:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
2. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
3. Follow the steps provided above again.
