I used INternet explorer to export QBO to QBD and I was sent an email that states to check my tasks or to do list and it dont show up.

I used INternet explorer to export QBO to QBD and I was sent an email that states to check my tasks or to do list and it dont show up.

Hi @accounting308,

 

Let's clear your Internet Explorer's history and export it again. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Open Internet Explorer. Then, go to Gear at the top.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Mark the box next to Delete browsing history on exit.
  4. Click Delete. Then, Delete on the browsing window.

After that, open your QuickBooks account and try exporting again. I've also added these awesome articles for your reference.
