Hello EC525,


TurboTax concerns are best discussed under their support page. You can follow these steps on how to get there:

  1. Go to this link:
  2. Click the Sign In button in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Select Sign in to the Community.
  4. Enter your login credentials.
  5. You'll be asked to create your Community username.
  6. Click Discover at the top and select Community Basics.
  7. Select Ask a Question.
