I've updated my vehicle mileage/info but I still get an error (saying it needs to be done yet) when trying to export my data to TurboTax.

I've updated my vehicle mileage/info but I still get an error (saying it needs to be done yet) when trying to export my data to TurboTax.

Hi there, @tonyw1.

 

In exporting your data to TurboTax, please make sure to complete the entire task on your Tax Checklist. Let me guide you on how to do it.

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Go to the Tax Checklist to complete your tasks.
  3. Select Let's wrap things up, then Review the final tax summary.
  4. Click Send my info to TurboTax. You'll be prompted to double-check your TurboTax sign-in info.
  5. Select It's OK to send my info. This will redirect you to the TurboTax page.

I've updated my vehicle mileage/info but I still get an error (saying it needs to be done yet) when trying to export my data to TurboTax.

I have done all of that.  I have even updated ALL of my vehicle mileage items.  It is NOT working to allow me to send info to TurboTax.  Any further suggestions or how can I get a live body to talk to?

You can contact our Customer Care Support via the Assistant menu. Someone from there can review your data and share the steps needed so you can export your data to TurboTax.

  1. Go to Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter Talk to a human in the Search field.
  3. Click Message an agent, Call an agent, or Get a callback.
