I want to change the contact email but I get this error: "Physical Address cannot be a PO Box". However, I DID put a physical address!!!

Ideally, you should be able to change the contact email by following these steps. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? If not, I'd suggest you do to refresh your browser. Once done, you'll need to update your physical address again.
If you still get the error, it'd be best to reach out to our Merchant Services Team so they can isolate this issue further using their tools.
