I want to change the contact email but I get this error: "Physical Address cannot be a PO Box". However, I DID put a physical address!!!

Are you referring to Physical Address cannot be a PO Box message below? If so, this is a default reminder that QuickBooks accept only a physical address. 

 

For additional information on how to change email or business information you can check this article: Update business and account information.

 

However, if the error persists even if your address is not a PO box, I suggest communicating our chat support. They have the tools to verify and check what caused the error. 

 

Here's how to contact support:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/Messaging-Payments-Online/23042/view
  2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email and concern in the Description field. 
  3. Click Submit. There will be a pop up window and one of our agent will chat you.

The physical address is already entered. HOWEVER, the error message is still shown!

I appreciate your efforts in performing the recommended steps shared by my colleague, @roeylee.

 

Ideally, you should be able to change the contact email by following these steps. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? If not, I'd suggest you do to refresh your browser. Once done, you'll need to update your physical address again. 

 

If you still get the error, it'd be best to reach out to our Merchant Services Team so they can isolate this issue further using their tools.
