If a customer received an error message when trying to pay us, "Sorry! We can't process this payment," what's the problem?

There are many reasons a customer might see that error message. Are there enough funds to cover the payment?  Does the customer have restrictions for credit card processing? 

 

I would advise the card holder to contact the card issuing bank and ask if they are restricting payment processing.  The message seen is typically generated when there is an issue on the bank's end.
