Hello there, @mscoville.

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community. I'd be happy to help share some details about sending out email in bulk.

Yes, you're correct. When you add multiple email addresses while sending sales forms or reports, they should be separated by a comma and space.

Here's how to correct:

  1. On the left pane, select Sales.
  2. At the top left, select All Sales
  3. Find the transaction you want to send.
  4. In the ACTION column, choose Send from the drop-down.
  5. In the To field, type in the email addresses separated by a comma (,) and space.
  6. Click Send

This should get you on your way emailing the forms correctly. For additional reference, I've added some screenshots and an article about sending email to multiple clients.

For additional help, you can also call our Phone Support to assist you further getting this resolved.

That should do it. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions about sending out a bulk email to multiple tenants.  I'll be happy to help you out.
