@kristind Welcome to community.
I can help figure out what is preventing the pay link from attaching to invoices.
Typically, when an invoice provides a URL to copy and paste, the fix lies within your QuickBooks Preferences tab.
Please follow these instructions to make adjustments to the way forms are sent to your customers:
*Some web mails will only send as text and not HTML.
After changing preferences, create a test invoice and email it to yourself to see if the "View and Pay" option appears.
If you still experience problems, contact support. QuickBooks experts can look into your account and help resolve your issue.
This link will take you to the QuickBooks support page, where you can select your service and the proper contact channel: Contact Support
I've tried all this. All these things are checked (I actually have no option to uncheck them). There's also no option for Outlook? I attached a picture to show you.
@kristind Thank you for that information.
If Outlook is the preferred method for sending emails through QuickBooks desktop and the option is missing, follow these steps to make it available: Add Outlook when option is missing to send forms
If after setting up Outlook you continue to have problems getting the pay option to appear on your invoices, contact support and an agent can look further into your QuickBooks account to resolve the problem.
