If you're referring to the processing limits for your customer payments, you may need to get in touch to our QuickBooks Payments Support. There they can help you increase your processing limit, so you're customers will be able to pay you online.

However, if you're referring to increasing your Direct Deposit security limits, you'll need to get in touch with our Payroll Support Team. There they can review your payroll account and create a request for you to increase your Direct Deposit limit. Please make sure to have these information handy:
- Company legal name
- Business number
- Primary Principal name and email address
- Requestor's name and email
- Paycheck date
- Requested amount
