Install QB Premier 2019 on Mac running Parallels 10 and Windows 10

Trying to install QB Premier 3 user 2019 on a Mac running Parallells 10 and Windows 10. Getting the following:

You are currently running Windows 10 - November update. This version of quickbooks requires minimum of anniversary update or above. Please update your operating system and then install Quickbooks.

My version of Win10 is newer, there is no further upgrade path, so what's the error?

It's possible that Parallel is not recognizing that your Windows 10 OS does not have the update for November 2019. This can be the reason why you're seeing that message in your computer.
