The popup window in question is a security feature we added to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). It retains the information for each product you purchase in one place at Intuit. With that said, you can easily download this information to your email. Once you've set up an Intuit account, the location is under the Data & Privacy section.
Ok Ryan, I am not IT person. Just a user. Let me try to explain again. When quickbooks opens, it does bring up Intuit screen we discussed. HOWEVER, it will not clear the user ID box that opens pre-loaded with an OLD username email. I cannot clear they box so thus, I AM NOT getting a continue button
At this time, we have an ongoing issue where users aren't able to clear the user's ID box or click the buttons in the pop-up window. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.
As a workaround, you can reset the Internet Explorer settings to default- Document Results. I'll show you how:
Close your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
Open Internet Explorer.
Click the Gear button in the upper right corner and select Internet Options.
Tap the Advanced tab.
Click the Reset button just above the OK/Cancel/Apply buttons.
Follow the prompts to restart IE or the computer if necessary
Open QB and attempt to log into the company file.

As a user, I appreciate the concise method you offered..IT DID NOT WORK!! QBO still comes up, says signin to QB is successful and then up comes the Intuit box with locked out username and I still cant get in. I am becoming increasingly ticked off. As a longtime QB user, I am ready to just move to another package!!!!!!!
