There are a couple of things that affects the QuickBooks performance. Consider the following:
Internet connection status.
Too much data in the cache, slowing down the web page performance.
Product outage or QuickBooks is down.
Computer or browser did not meet the system requirements for QBO.
If you can't open your account, log in using a private browser. The cache stores your data and it stacks up overtime. This is because it will constantly overwrite itself without deleting the old stuff, causing unexpected issues in the browser.
The private window will not save any history making it a good place to identify browser problems.To start incognito mode, use these keyboard shortcuts to launch private browsing:
