Is anyone else getting errors from Captial One Credit Card: Sorry, we can’t update your account. Please try updating again later.(9999) what should i do to resolve this?

This has been going on for the last 4 days.

Yes, other users are reporting this as well, and we've already raised this our engineers. In relation to this, please be sure to contact our phone or chat team. That way, they can ask for your account details and add you to the notification list. We're unable to gather them here since this is a public forum.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact us.
  2. Copy and paste your question in the box provided and select Continue.
  3. Choose from Get a callback or Message an agent.

In the meantime, you can download your transactions in a web connect file, and upload them to QuickBooks. You can refer to this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

If you have other things to share about online banking, please let me know.
