Is anyone else having this same issue with their "Citi Credit Card (Costco)" not linking with the error message "Opps Something went wrong?"

It has been down for months, and QB has been no help. They say they will fix it and get back to me and then never do. I also contacted Citi & Costco who both said the issue is not on their end and QB has a history of allowing links to break and not fix them.

Welcome and thanks for posting in the Community, @crc5182.

I checked if there's an ongoing issue about this, but there isn't currently one. That said, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team again so they can open a ticket regarding this odd behavior. It will be forwarded to our Product Engineers for further investigation.

Here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.

Just in case, I'll add this article for future reference: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, so please let me know if you have any other issues or concerns. I'm more than willing to assist. Have a good one!

Hey FrtitzF,

Thank you so much for your help. The problem is I have created at least 2-3 tickets now and none have led to a fix or even closure. The most recent ticket was [removed] -- Liz was supposed to send me updates and I emailed her and [email address removed] for the past 2 months and no response. It is rather upsetting the level of service we receive.

I did the manual upload this morning so that I can work on my 2019 taxes, however, I have no idea why the live link still does not work. It worked fine for months and then all of a sudden stopped updating.

I know how to link accounts, there is a bigger issue at play here but no one seems to want to address at QB.

Thanks.
