Is anyone's employees getting error messages when signing in to access their paystub?

Hi @ronbrts,


I want to help you make sure your employee is able to access their paystubs online. Please make sure they've been invited and are able to log into QuickBooks Workforce.


Here's how:

  1. Go to Workers and select Employees.
  2. For a new employee, select Add an employee.
  3. For an existing employee, select the employee’s name, then select Edit ✎ next to Pay.
  4. In the Personal info section, add your employee’s email address, then select the checkbox for “Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online.”
  5. Select Done, and the invitation will be emailed to your employee.

 

Once an employee accepts the invite, you’ll see a message letting you know in the personal information section.

 

If the employee is still unable to view their pay stubs, you may need to resend the invitation.
