Is my Intuit Data Protect gone now that I've upgraded to Enterprise Solutions?

I'm getting a message that my subscription to Intuit Data Protect has expired since the upgrade.

Is my Intuit Data Protect gone now that I've upgraded to Enterprise Solutions?

Glad to have you here on the Community page, @sschroeder.

Upgrading to QuickBooks Enterprise won't cancel your Intuit Data Protect (IDP) subscription. To isolate this further, try signing out of the application and sign back in. For the detailed reference, you can check out this article: Intuit Data Protect: Your session has expired.

However, if you're IDP expires, you need to have an active subscription.

If your QuickBooks Desktop comes with the IDP service, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. They need to activate first the IDP service on your account so you'll be able to sync it to the software.

For more IDP questions, you can read these articles for your reference:

Keep me posted if you have any further concerns. I'm always here to help however I can. Wishing you a happy weekend!
