Before going into detail, I want to ask what the name of your bank is and what error message are you receiving as well?

It says there’s a bank connection problem , it directs me to contact my bank (space coast credit union) They were very nice and said the problem is not on their end and that they are not sure why you are referring your customers to contact them. said they have

been trying to work with you and you won’t give them the.

it says the is a problem with my bank connection try again in a few hours  it’s been 8 days now!! I contacted the bank who says it’s not on their end and they are not sure why you are referring us to them!!

Good Evening, zetta108. 

 

I'd be more than happy to help you get your bank connected to your QuickBooks account. If it's been 8 days since you initially tried to connect and it still hasn't worked, I suggest trying to connect the bank again. Follow these steps:

 

1. Go to the Banking menu on the left hand side

2. Select Connect Account from the landing page, or select Add account if you've already created an account. 

3. Search for Space Coast Credit Union 

4. Select Continue, then enter the Username and password you use for your bank's website in the pop-up window. 

5. Choose the account you want to connect. 

7. Select Connect. 

 

And that's it. At this point, it will take 24-48 hours for you to see a transaction amount in your bank account for anywhere from .01 Cents to .99 Cents.
