I can help you access your account using the mobile application, santafeseedco@gm

Whether the account is on trial or a paid subscription, you can log in to the app or web successfully. Just make sure that you’re using the correct mobile app and the right login credentials.

Try deleting the current mobile app that you have and reinstall it by using the links that I'll be adding below:

Androidhttps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.intuit.qbse&hl=en.

IOShttps://itunes.apple.com/us/app/quickbooks-self-employed-mobile/id898076976?mt=8.

Also, you can use this link when logging in to your account using a web browser: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

Here's a great resource that can help you get around and familiarize with QuickBooks Self-Employed: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

Let me know if you have additional questions. I'm always here to assist.
