Is ther a problem with the All-in-One BT readers? We bought two that died within a day. So this looks like good-bye Intuit. Is this common with this unit?

Is ther a problem with the All-in-One BT readers? We bought two. The first worked about an hour and died. We returned it at cost. We got another, and in a day it too has just died.And its not worth us returning at our cost. So this looks like good-bye Intuit. Is this common with this unit?

I’ll guide you to the right support who can help you with your All in One Bluetooth readers.

As long as the bluetooth readers are compatible and set up correctly, they should be able to work properly with the GoPayment app. Since both the original and replacement readers stop working, we'll need to perform a thorough check to see what might have caused them not to function.

I suggest getting back in contact with our Merchant Services Team to help investigate further why the readers are not functioning. They can help determine the cause and how to fix them.

Here’s how to contact them:

  1. Follow this link: https://community.intuit.com/browse/payments-contact-us.
  2. Contact the number under the GoPayment section.

Called the # and after a number of posibilities, it looks like the reader is working. I only wish the reader came with an instruction booklet so there would be no need to call. I bet the original reader was fine but the tech was not as thorough as the one I spoke with today. Thanks Glenn!
