Let's work together to sort this out. This looks like a fee for your monthly subscription. You can check your Billing and Subscription section to ensure if it's a subscription fee. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
Under "Your Company," pick Account and Settings.
Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section/box, press View Payment History.
If it's an extra twenty dollars, after you've already paid your subscription fee, then I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They have the tools to look further into your account to see where this extra charge is coming from.
Go to the Help icon.
Press Contact Us.
Type in your question and then click Let's Talk.
Scroll down and select to Get a Callback.
