Manager is out of the country, typically I have no issues printing/saving checks. icons are there for me to print check & or Save & Close but won't do anything further.

Manager is out of the country, typically I have no issues printing/saving checks. icons are there for me to print check & or Save & Close but won't do anything further.

I'm happy to help you print your checks, but there are a few questions I need you to clarify. They'll help me determine what's going on and what information I can provide to help you fix it.

  • Does the print set-up screen appear when you click on Print Check?
  • Are you a Standard user or Company admin?
  • Have you recently cleared your web browser's cache and cookies?

After you answer these questions, I'll be able to get a better understanding of why you can't print the checks. In the meantime, I suggest clearing your cache and cookies and trying to print the checks in a private window. This will delete your stored browsing data, and your web searches will appear faster. It'll also help determine if it's a browser issue or a QuickBooks issue. You may also find this article on printing checks helpful as well.
