I appreciate you for sharing detailed information about the error message you're getting when trying to access the Merchant service deposits page. This error can be fixed by updating QuickBooks to the latest release. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Product Name
  3. Then, click Update Now

Let's work together and get this resolved.

 

An error message can occur when you have data damage in your QuickBooks file as well. Meaning you need to repair the company file and fix minor data issues by using the rebuild data tool. I've listed the steps below on how:

  1. Go to the File menu, hover over Utilities and select Rebuild Data.
  2. In the QuickBooks information window, press OK. (Note: save a backup)
  3. The tool will then begin repairing your file. It may seem as if QuickBooks is stuck, but as long as you can move your mouse, it's working correctly.
  4. After the tool is finished, hit OK.
  5. Choose the File menu, hover over Utilities and pick Verify Data.
  6. The tool will now check your file for data issues.

If the tool finds any issues, you need to select Rebuild Now, but if the file finds no problems, you can press OK.

Thank you for the information.  I discovered that Quickbooks had inadvertently closed the account and that is why I was having all the issues.  Problem is not solved
