I can help you connect with our support, @farmatambow2-out.


You can get in touch with our representatives by going to the Assistant menu in your QuickBooks Self-Employed account (QBSE). You can also share your concern with us. We're always here to help.


Here's how:

  1. Click Assistant on the top menu.
  2. Type Talk to a human and then select Enter on your keyboard.
  3. Type your concern.
  4. Click the I still need a human option.
  5. Select Message an agent.

I'm finding it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with an agent. 

I'm located in Australia and desperately need my US quickbooks account deleted, as I cannot log into my Aus account because it constantly re directs me to the US version. Can somebody PLEASE get in contact with me to fix the issue.

You can easily cancel your US subscription and sign-up for AU version of QuickBooks Self-Employed.


To cancel your account:


  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Select the Gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Select Billing Info and then Cancel subscription.
