Once switching from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for Windows to the Mac version, the admin password should be transferred and added to the created Migrated Administrator user. If it doesn't work, we can reset and check the keychain access. However, if the set up is correct and the issue persists. I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. This way, one of our representatives will pull up your account, review it, and further investigate this odd behavior.
