Welcome to the Community, @naka.
I'd be glad to provide you with some information on this issue.
As of January 14, 2020, Microsoft no longer supports PCs running Windows 7. A computer running on Windows 7 will be more vulnerable to viruses and security risks. This is why Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows 10. Below is a link that can give you some insight into Windows 7.
You'll need to upgrade to Windows 10 before moving your company file to ensure that no damage is done to your file.
Afterward, I suggest contacting our Support Team so they can help you upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop account to the newest version. They have additional tools to help upgrade and migrate your company file.
I want to ensure that you're taken care of, so if you need further assistance, let me know. Have a fantastic day!
Call and ask Intuit Data Service to convert your data file to be able open on QuickBooks 2020. Should you need to resolve it in due course, consider purchasing a 3rd party conversion service.
