We recently upgraded from Quickbooks Premier 2018 to Quickbooks Desktop Accountant 2020. On the previous installation, multi-user mode worked just fine, with the newer installation, we keep getting error H202 when we try to switch to multi-user mode.
The company file seats on a windows server 2012 server and it's shared with the users, the share permissions have not been altered. I tried running the QuickBooks file doctor utility but it still hasn't fixed the issue. We have 6 licenses, but we can only use 5 because one has been reserved for another user. We have installed Quickbooks Desktop Accountant 2020 on 5 five client workstations.
Initially, we would fix this error by scanning the file using the Quickbooks Database Server Manager 2018 utility. How can we do the same with Quickbooks Desktop Accountant 2020.
Thank you
