My company Uses QuickBooks Enterprise 20 desktop. I have 6 users that use it in multi user mode. I'm running into a situation where one of the users is unable to access the company file, because it is asking to have the company file upgraded. This is has done slightly more incremental updates than the other users, but it was my understanding that as long as everyone is using Edition 20 it didn't matter if they had different incremental updates. The company file should work for everyone. To be specific the other users are on version 30.0.4005.3000 or 30.0.4006.3000 and the user who is having the issue is using version 30.0.4007.3000. Do I need to roll that user back to a previous update?
