My check settings is not working

It looks like you're referring to the print checks setup, Office-plymouth.

I've checked our files and haven't seen any open cases the same as yours. It may be what you're experiencing is because of too much cache.

Once a website is overloaded, it causes the program's unusual behavior.

We'll have to perform some steps to fix this. To start with, let's open QuickBooks Online through a private/incognito window. This is the best spot to identify web issues. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to successfully change the settings, let's go back to your regular browser, then clear the cache. Clearing them will fix and prevent our program to behave differently.

Moreover, you can use a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

I'll share the reference on how to align the checks

You can keep us updated after trying these steps. We'd be happy to work with you again.
