My checks is not aligned properly. I've download Acrobat Reader, the Abode PDF Reader is enabled, what am i missing?

We can perform Fine-tune alignment to fix this issue. Before diving in, let's make sure that we're using the latest version of Adobe Reader since this will control the printing processes in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how to align your checks:
Click the + New icon then choose Print Checks.
At the bottom of the page, select Print setup.
Double-click No, continue setup.
Drag the grid inside the large square to the place where it appears on your printout (QuickBooks Online will figure out how to adjust the alignment).
After adjusting the grid, you can print another sample again to check the alignment.
Click the View preview and print sample button, and hit Print.
Check if the alignment is correct.
If you still need to do some fine-tuning, close the sample and then go back to the grid to make adjustments, then print a fresh sample.
Click Finish Setup when your sample’s alignment looks correct.
Then, let's apply this following changes in your printer settings:
Page Scaling is set to None.
Auto-Rotate and Center must not be checked.
Choose Paper Source by PDF size is checked.
