Welcome to the Community, chavezhandyman.

I'm here to provide some insights about the domain email when sending estimates via the QuickBooks Online.

When customer replies to any email sent using the QuickBooks Online, it will be directed to the Company's email or Customer facing email that was set up on Comp[any Settings (see screenshot below).

The notification.intuit.com is not a link, that is a domain email address of Intuit that is only used for sending (For intuit clients)/ Receiving (For client's customer). Make sure to ask your customer to hit Reply on the email (estimate) that they received, because the response will be directed on the Company's email, not the Intuit email.

If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support. They have the full access to pull up the account and review the email in a secure manner.

Here's how you can contact us:

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

Keep me posted if there's anything else you need. Have a good one.

I do not see the screen shot and think it might be useful for my issue.

Hi there, chavezhandyman.

I can guide you on how to access the Company email and Customer-facing email as provided by my colleague. I've also attached a screenshot below for your reference.

Here' how to access the Contact info in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click Company.
  4. In the Contact info section, you can review the Company email and Customer-facing email. Then make changes as needed.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Hit Done.

Then, follow the steps above provided by RoseMarjorieA on how your customer reply to the email (estimate) that they received.

I've got an article for your reference on what to do when your customers aren't receiving your emails: 3 solutions for when customers aren't receiving your emails.

Please reply to this thread if you need anything else with sending sales forms to your customers.
