- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you got it to work, clearing the temporary Internet files/cache in your regular browser. Since the private window wasn't using the information stored there, chances are there was some old data in the cache that was causing the problem.
