Welcome to the community, Ryacrys.
You're using Intuit Data Protect from what it sounds like. There are multiple reasons why you could be experiencing this error. During the set up of IDP, there were three main guidelines you need to follow.
- Be logged in as the Windows user that set up IDP
- Make sure the computer is on, it can be locked but not in rest mode
- Make sure no users are logged into the company file.
Once you make sure you follow these guidelines and are still experiencing an error, we have other sources of information that could lead to solving why. Such as, making sure Intuit Data Protect was set up. Maybe this error could be resolved by freeing Up Space in Intuit Data Protect or if you simply Can't Back Up with Intuit Data Protect
If you have any questions or need any help, you can always reach back out to me here by responding to this post. I'm determined to get this resolved and look forward to your response.
