My mobile app ins't syncing any information with the browser desktop version. All pages are blank while using the in browser desktop version. How do I sync the two?

My mobile app ins't syncing any information with the browser desktop version. All pages are blank while using the in browser desktop version. How do I sync the two?

Let's make sure that we're using the same credentials, jeraldbbaker.

 

This can be the reason why the information on the desktop browser didn't sync in your mobile. However, if it's correct, we can clear your app's cache data. This is to fix some misbehaving issues on the app. 

 

All you have to do is, go to your phone settings, and then tap Storage. Select, Open App Manager. Then, tap Other Apps, and then find the QuickBooks app. Tap it and tap Clear cache.

 

Afterward, let's check and see if the transactions are now synced.
