My payroll subscription is not showing up in my accounts and settings tab, but yet it works and I'm being charged for it. Been trying for months to cancel, no response
I've been trying for months to cancel my payroll subscription, I've been promised emails back, etc....and I can't get this issue resolved. My payroll subscription service does not show up under Accounts and Settings, yet that is the run around I've been getting. Please help me cancel this service ASAP, I'm being billed for this service I am not using at all.

I understand you've been through a lot in resolving your concern, and this isn't the kind of service we want you to experience. Once the payroll subscription is no longer showing on your QuickBooks accounting and settings, you shouldn't have an active payroll service.
Since this is a public forum, I won't be able to pull up your account to check your billing profile for security purposes. I encourage you to get in touch back to our Quickbooks Online Payroll to ensure your payroll subscription cancelled. Also, they have additional tools to process a refund that was billed on your account.
